The only thing it has is a good location; the Julieta balcony is visible. It’s uncomfortable, full of stairs, the common areas are dirty, and the suite has plastic plants and dirty rugs. There’s no blackout decor, and the ambiance is horrible and unpleasant. It lacks a kitchenette, no sink in the kitchen. Breakfast is awful and scant, with no variety. Hire an architect and/or decorator to improve it completely.

The location was great, the rooms were nice, and Kristina was extremely kind and helpful.

The spot was fantastic, the staff were genuinely friendly and useful, and the room was superb with a view of the Juliet balcony. I’m being very picky, but the property matches the description, and breakfast options could use a bit more variety, though it’s more than enough for a quick bite before you leave.
