The room was clean and cozy. The food at the restaurant was very good, and the service was pleasant.
Excellent kitchen. The ski lodge was a problem.
The accommodation booked through the platform was acceptable, though the price differences for a single night are surprising. It was clean. For breakfast, after about half an hour, there were only leftovers and nobody seemed to restock. Wiping during breakfast also felt inappropriate. The service this time was a disaster: the waiter has been there for years and the staff are used to him, but the ladies had no system and left us unattended for about an hour. There were confusions at lunch and dinner, overall chaos and laziness. Unfortunately there is still no competition in the area. I hope we can find another place with the group.

Breakfast was decent: no whole‑grain bread or rolls, but a modern coffee machine, various teas, apple and orange juice, muesli and similar options, plus plenty of choices for bread or rolls. The staff were friendly. The shower and toilet could use a renovation, though that should be weighed against the cost.
