The location was perfect and the rooms were clean and comfortable; I stayed in two different rooms, both on the first floor, which made moving luggage easy. The first room faced the street and was quite noisy, while the second, at the back of the building, was much quieter. Overall, perfect for a short city stay—amazing location, I would definitely recommend it and come back!

Outstanding communications, especially with multiple flight delays, and an excellent check‑in process since we had to check in well after hours. They also provided us information for a convenient parking deck.

My room was clean and the bed very comfortable, and it was very quiet. The carpeting in the hotel was a bit worn, and the reception area was locked from 5 PM – 9 AM, so the only area a guest could be was in their room. While the room was nice, it wasn’t a place to hang out once you were ready to get on with the day.

The cleaning, the size of the room was good, and the willingness to solve the out‑of‑hours check‑in issue. However, they charged 100 % in advance, there was no front desk staff 24 hrs, the room was practically at street level, and you couldn’t be calm with the curtain up because of privacy—windows had bars for security.
