Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

The apartment was spotless and fully equipped; the owner was incredibly helpful, arriving almost immediately when we had an emergency. The location is quite central. The only constructive criticism I have is that the apartment had a strong fragrance, which might bother families with small children, so it would be good to mention that beforehand.
