The location was good, the staff were nice and helpful, the air‑conditioner worked well and the pool was enjoyable; however, there was no hot water in the taps, the staff didn’t speak English so I had to try speaking Spanish, and the place lacks drying areas for clothes, swimwear and towels.

We were warmly welcomed and our planned activities were organized perfectly. The rooms are practical and well-equipped. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location is good. The bathroom was not great.

The staff, especially the charming reception girl, helped us rent boats and make the trip, and they were available at all times.

The hotel sits nicely in the town centre without being too busy. The owner was friendly and helpful, though he only spoke Spanish. The mattress on the first night was very uncomfortable, but after we mentioned it the next day a new mattress was brought in immediately. The room had no place to sit other than on the bed, and there was no bedside table or other table. There was only one small trash bin in the bathroom, which unfortunately was not emptied during our stay. The Wi‑Fi didn’t reach our room, so we had to use mobile data or sit in the common area to connect.
