The lobby on the sixth floor gave a vacation vibe, had electric bikes, and the elevator wait was quick and not crowded, while the room space was generous. There was no afternoon tea, housekeeping didn’t follow a standard SOP (supplies for extensions varied), the bikes lacked rear mirrors, the price was high, front‑desk staff gave incomplete introductions, and some guests received friendly service while we were left to find our own way without any SOP. The changing room on the sixth floor had a basic dehydration unit that could be upgraded.
