They cancelled my reservation without permission and insisted I had requested the cancellation, which is false. I had to scramble for another place last minute and was still charged for the first night with no refund. Every time I called, staff kept redirecting me to a manager who supposedly handled the cancellation, but no one ever called back, explained what happened, or apologized for the hassle.

We loved our stay and hope to return! One of my favorite beaches, and the beach chairs, umbrellas, drinks, and food options were so convenient. The staff were very helpful and our room was beautiful with an ocean view.
