The place was very pleasant, especially the interior patio, but the beds felt a bit firm.

The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and warm, and the proximity to the main square was great; they even provided a lunch box for our tours. However, the breakfast selection was limited – items like eggs, pancakes and orange juice ran out, so we had to ask the kitchen lady several times to get more for those of us who were still waiting, and the coffee was lukewarm.

The hotel was extremely cozy, the staff were super friendly and responsive, the breakfast had a small variety but enough food, and the room was very warm with a powerful heater.

The location was excellent, the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful, especially Diego and Ubaldina who answered every question gladly; Diego even assisted us with a spontaneous football ticket purchase and offered useful advice.

We enjoyed a great stay at this hotel, the courtyard was lovely with nice outdoor seating, and the room stayed very dark at night, which was perfect; Diego and Luis were incredibly helpful and made everything even better – I just wish we had stayed longer. Nothing else to add.
