All the staff we met were friendly, always ready with a kind word, and everything opened smoothly, making it a very pleasant place to stay. The only downside was that we never received maid service, and while the pool was nice, the air inside was extremely hot.

The spot near St Bonaventure is amazing! The place is clean and nice, and the staff are always friendly.

The pool was fine. The general manager was very rude to my guest during a birthday party for my 7‑year‑old and a few of her friends. A homeless man had used the bathroom and a few of the boys went to use the restroom and came back saying it was dirty. The general manager said he doesn’t get paid enough to clean up poop. He also said my guest couldn’t swim until one of the parents went down and spoke with him, then he allowed us access. He served my grandmother with ignorance. The manager and general manager were very rude.

The staff and accommodations were top notch, and the newly renovated 3rd floor was great; breakfast was good. We had to leave a day early because of a family illness, but the staff and hotel couldn’t help because we booked through a platform.
