The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great, but the lift could be heard all night.

We enjoyed the great view of the story bridge and pool; the food was average, not bad but not great.
They went out of their way to accommodate our anniversary, which was greatly appreciated. The only issue was that my pillow was too high and left me with a sore neck.
Convenience and a lovely breakfast were highlights, but the pillow selection was poor.
