The Manor House

The location was excellent, and we received a warm welcome. Service felt personalized, with helpful restaurant recommendations and booking assistance. Advice on the local area was very useful. The room was wonderful, with thoughtful touches for our anniversary that felt special. Clean white bedding and fluffy towels lifted the dated décor. However, there was black mold in the shower that smelled slightly damp. The bed was very soft and squishy – I personally liked it, while my husband prefers a firmer mattress. The hotel is extremely old and beautiful, but none of this would deter us from returning; the location and price were perfect.

“Elegant, cosy and lots of love.”

In the heart of the small city of Laguardia, the large, comfortable room was renovated and decorated like a manor. It exuded zen, featured nice bed linens, and had a great bathroom. Everything was perfect.

A lovely place in a very good location. Getting in and then retrieving the keys is a bit complicated; the board with contact information is inside the locked door, so you don’t see it until after you get in. 🤷

“Magical stay in an historic home in picturesque Laguardia.”

We liked the location; it was perfectly positioned in the middle of Laguardia with easy access to everything. The only drawback was that the room’s two windows opened only onto an internal shaft, and the room was on the fourth floor without an elevator.

“Prachtig huis in het centrum van Laguardia.”

Beautiful, spacious, well‑maintained, and comfortable rooms in the historic centre of Laguardia – highly recommended! There is no lift, making it less suitable for less mobile older guests. Parking is not available nearby; the nearest spot is 200 m away.
