Close to our destination, which is where NASCAR is held. The water stopped working before 5am and wasn’t restored by the time we checked out after 9am. We couldn’t shower, wash our hands, or even use the restroom. The hotel compensated, but the staff weren’t sympathetic. You should have a supply of water ready for situations like this to at least provide guests drinking water. Even after 4+ hours, they didn’t get water. I do believe this was a one‑off unfortunate incident, but you can hear all the street traffic at night too.
