“I will never stay at this hotel again and definitely cannot recommend it to anyone”
The location is close to the airport, but the experience was the worst I’ve ever had. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes as soon as I entered; I told the manager, who just told me to leave the door open and that the smell would go away, offering no room freshener. Since I was only staying one night and had to leave early for a flight, I accepted it. When I tried to freshen up, there was no toilet paper—just a single small sheet on the table, so I had to use my own. The room phone was either not working or nobody answered when I called reception. Around 1:00–1:30 AM I woke up to a tickling sensation on my face, turned on the light, and saw a cockroach on the bed; then I found 4–5 more on the table. I went to reception and asked them to clean the room, give me cockroach spray, or change my room. The receptionist seemed clueless and didn’t know how to respond. Eventually he asked me to move to another room upstairs, offering no help with my luggage, so I had to carry everything myself. The second room was also unacceptable: no curtain on the window, so no privacy to change clothes; the toilet flush didn’t work, there was no tissue, and the hand shower was broken. By 2:30–3:00 AM I was exhausted and had no energy left to argue, so I decided to lie down for a few hours and leave early. Then the bed started shaking, almost like a small earthquake; I thought exhaustion was the cause, but the shaking continued. I saw my water bottle on the table opposite the bed also visibly shaking. At around 4:00 AM I finally left the hotel on my own, even though they had an airport shuttle service. Overall, this was extremely disappointing.
The staffs has decent behaviour. Room is value for money and breakfast is also good. The cleaning staff with uniforms had too much smell. Feels like either he didn't bathe or didn't wash his uniform. The lift has not worked in the last 2 days. Heaters are never working
The staff were always ready to help, but the amenities were incomplete: the AC didn’t work, the TV remote was missing, and after complaining I was moved to another room only to encounter the same issues again.
