The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient - it's literally right in front of the ticket gate, so you don't even need to leave the building.
The room had the basic amenities, and they even gave me a local soap as a gift.
The breakfast at this hotel is definitely a highlight - the food is good and the service is friendly.

The front‑desk staff who answered my phone call were extremely helpful, which I appreciated. On the first day the lower toilet‑paper holder in one of the two bathrooms was installed backwards and couldn’t be used, and the breakfast on the second morning turned out very different from what was explained over the phone and after arrival, leaving a sour impression.

The location was extremely convenient. The lights in the north‑wing rooms were dim, while the south‑wing rooms were noticeably better.
I’d researched the north and south wings and the location before booking, then at check‑in I was asked if I’d mind being moved to a different unit because of an inspection after the earthquake; I couldn’t really refuse, but being told this without any prior notice left me uneasy and soured my first impression, even though the room itself wasn’t bad, I’m doubtful I’ll return.
I was grateful they could accommodate a last‑minute booking, and the direct connection to the station was a huge plus; after checkout I could store my luggage and move around light‑heartedly, which made traveling a breeze. I just wish the room had felt a bit more spacious.
