The room was surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Ocean City, New Jersey, which was a nice surprise. However, their strict no-refund policy was a drawback, especially when a storm was forecasted and we had to leave a night early due to safety concerns.

I was pleased to find that the rooms were not only clean but also a good size, and the shower head provided a great experience with plenty of hot water. On the downside, their no-refund policy was a bit of a letdown when we had to check out early due to a forecasted storm.

The staff, particularly Justin and the housekeeper, were exceptional in their customer service, showing professionalism and a positive attitude that made my stay enjoyable. I appreciated Justin's help with the price, which allowed me to extend my stay. My only wish was for a coffee pot in the room and the opportunity to stay a bit longer.

I loved the hotel's location and found the room to be a good size with plenty of thoughtful amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. However, I was a bit disappointed to find the pool water quite chilly.
