The staff were super friendly, the receptionist woman helped us with the parking app, the room was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. Finding the hotel was a bit tricky; Google Maps leads a little further down the street and the hotel has no clear sign on the outer façade, so we only recognized it after driving past the red door three times.

The hotel sits in a great spot, within easy walking distance of all the city’s attractions. Breakfast was among the nicest we’ve had on our trip, and the girl serving us was exceptionally nice and attentive. I had laundry done and it was returned the next day, washed and folded. The bed in our room was very comfy. We didn’t like our room, but that might have been us; it was unusual because it had a bath and the area was all painted black, making it hard to find light switches. There were no bedside lamps and no wardrobe. We were traveling with friends who stayed in a straightforward room with a bed, lights, and an ensuite. I would stay again but would request a different room.

The room was clean and comfortable, the location was good, breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly, but the stairs to the bedrooms were unsafe.
