The Suite Inn

“Ok”

There was no decent lighting except a tiny lamp, the bathroom had small towels, the shower lacked safety equipment to prevent falls, the air conditioner wouldn’t run at 67, and a metal strip across the bathroom door floor was sticking up.

“Disappointed”

The staff were amazing, but we were moved to three different rooms because our original room was taken; the second was a twin, and the third was literally dirty with unmade beds and a messy restroom.

It could be a great place: the room was clean and pretty comfortable, but outside the property was undesirable—garbage was running over, broken glass in the parking lot, and the entrance was strange. Trash outside, loud tenants after quiet time, doors slamming, and people arguing.

“Clean and comfortable”

The room had a full‑sized fridge, a large TV, and incredible AC; it was clean, comfortable, and the price was great, though the surrounding area is a little rough, which isn’t the hotel’s fault.

“Unsafe, don't go there!!!”

I couldn’t find any positives, only that the rooms looked a bit clean. There was no security at all; the room doors had been kicked in and never repaired. We snapped photos and then checked out. The building key lock didn’t work, so everyone left the door mat on the threshold, keeping the door open—anyone could just walk in. A $50.00 deposit was required to check in, and they returned it 15 minutes later when we checked out, but the room fees weren’t refunded. The parking lot was crowded with people, some just sitting in their cars smoking dope, and we spotted two cars without plates. This is not the kind of hotel I would expect.
