The staff were attentive, the arrival service was good, and the evening restaurants were nice with a great wine list and a superb hotel location, but breakfast was a complete failure: slow service, very modest selection, and unappetizing food.

The unit was very spacious and luxurious for us, the hotel is located in the heart of a park between mountains, and the thermal pool (mineral waters) has various currents. On the last night there was noise above our first‑floor room until late, with all kinds of things being dragged around. Breakfast lacked vegetables; at such high prices one expects more abundance. Putting items in small jars is wasteful for utensils, water, and soap. The massage treatments are too expensive compared to luxury hotels.

Es ist immer wieder ein Vergnügen ins Grand Resort zu fahren. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und äusserst bemüht. Die Behandlungen im Spa top, sehr entspannte Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel. Beim Abendessen am Samstag war es rexht voll und das Personal teilweise etwas überfordert, was zu längeren Wartezeiten geführt hat. Heute Morgen waren am Frühstücksbuffet 2 Haare an der Wurst

Breakfast was okay, but when we ate at Gladys during the golf tournament the quality was very bad. The price‑to‑value ratio for the room is not right.
