The rooms were simple yet cozy, the spot couldn't be better, the staff were friendly, cleanliness was flawless, and the service included a smart TV. All in all, ideal for both getaways and business trips. The only downside was that the room was a basement with a tiny window at ceiling height, but that doesn't bother me for a future return to Madrid.

Ubicación excelente, habitación limpia, cama muy cómoda, todo bastante nuevo y bonito. La habitación que reservamos tenía un pequeño patio muy agradable. La comunicación con el personal del hotel es rápida y muy amable. La única pega que le pondría es que la ducha solo tiene una alcachofa grande arriba, fija, y eso es un poco incómodo si no quieres mojarte el pelo. Mejor llevar un gorro de ducha si es el caso ;)
