The staff were very courteous, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the 90‑minute private sauna session.

The room was great 👍. We stayed with four family members in a loft‑type setup, which was interesting. Breakfast was lovely 💓, and being in Chinatown made it convenient. The air conditioning blew directly onto the lower bed, so when I raised the temperature the loft became hot, making temperature control difficult.

The location is good. Breakfast is tasty. The shower has strong water pressure and feels good. The amenities were Snow肌精, which was nice, and the provided shampoo and conditioner had a pleasant scent that was good for my hair. There were no two side tables next to the bed, the toilet had no lock, and for a double bed the electric controls were only on one side of the bed.
