Having the kitchen was great, but it would have been better if a kettle had been in the room so I could brew coffee anytime. I was annoyed to be charged for a second towel on day two, even though I explained that my husband had used the first one as a prayer mat; I believe a towel can be requested free each day if needed. The staff’s response to my request felt somewhat rude, though she later tried to compensate by arranging a tricycle for us when we left. The 3 pm check‑in and 11 am check‑out times were inconvenient, and the balcony view was disappointing—what I saw was a dirty roof covered in dried leaves, a trapal, and tires, not the pleasant scene in the photos.

The location was convenient and not bad at all, with nearby spots easy to find, which made the stay more convenient. Unfortunately, almost all of the facilities were not working properly: the hot shower didn’t work and the shower head was broken, so water sprayed from the side instead of flowing properly. There was also no toilet paper, no drinking water, and no water dispenser. The reception staff seemed accustomed to complaints and did not appear concerned or eager to resolve the issues. Overall, the property needs significant maintenance and better customer service.

The spot was pretty handy and not bad at all, with nearby spots easy to find, making the trip smoother. But almost everything in the hotel was broken: in Room D the hot shower didn’t work and the shower head was cracked, so water sprayed sideways instead of straight. I told the front desk and they tried to move me to Room C, yet that room had many of the same faults, so it wasn’t an upgrade. There was no toilet paper, no bottled water or dispenser, and the reception staff seemed used to complaints and didn’t seem eager to fix the problems. The property really needs more upkeep and better customer care.
