The property sits in a lush paradise, but that’s about it. The room was filthy, the bins full of other people’s rubbish, and nobody greeted us—just a random person let us in. Everything about the service was awful; it’s the worst rental we’ve ever booked. Nobody was there, just a pile of dirty sheets.
