The staff was amazing, especially Salwa, who went out of her way to help me - thanks so much! However, I noticed some guests trying to scam them for discounts or threatening to leave bad reviews if they didn't get their way.

The room was comfy and had decent amenities, but the street noise was a bit of a letdown. It wasn't super loud or anything, but you could hear the traffic and horns occasionally. Still, it wasn't enough to bother me too much.

I loved my stay here - breakfast was good, the place was clean, and it's super close to Old Cairo. The staff were really friendly and helpful too.

The reception guy was really friendly, but that's about where the positives end. The room was a total disaster - it didn't look anything like the pictures, was super dirty, and had a horrible smell like a mix of sewage and smoke. The doors were also ridiculously noisy, and there were these weird, worn-out slippers just chillin' in the room.

The location is pretty cool, especially if you're into historical mosques and want everything at your doorstep - plus, all the services are open 24/7. The room wasn't great, but it was clean and comfy, and the staff did their best to make me happy.
