Great location, right at the beach. Good sized room. Lots of hot water. Friendly staff. Frontage of the property was always kept clear of the many leaves. Clean. The units next door had some cars parked that looked like they couldn't move, not a good impression when arriving.

The hotel sits right next to the beach, and most rooms—probably all—offer ocean views. Staff were very attentive and the food turned out better than expected. The property and its surroundings feel a bit rough, yet the value for money was solid and the beachfront location was a clear win.
