I have no idea why my booking was cancelled automatically, but I did get my refund.

We were really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but things didn't go as planned. When we arrived, we were told that our room had been sold to someone else and we had to book another hotel nearby. The staff seemed completely unhelpful and unapologetic, which was really disappointing. We were with our family and had traveled a long way, it was a real letdown.

I'm not sure what to say, but this place was a real mixed bag. The staff were friendly, but the service was slow and the food was just okay. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day, but it wasn't the best experience.

We had a great stay at this hotel, the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We'd definitely stay here again.
