We stayed in a newly renovated room, but the TV stopped working the morning after we checked out. The hotel was still under construction, so the TV never functioned in our room that next morning. I was very disappointed with Sheridan because they wouldn’t answer the question about getting a refund for the return night after the northeaster cancelled everything. They kept saying that another department had to approve it and nobody took responsibility or gave us a credit, unlike every other place on our trip that was willing to work with us.

“Good location to park n ride.”

The hotel is currently undergoing a remodel, and I’m sure it will look great once finished. The room was especially dark, and the comforter made a weird noise, as did the shower drain.

The location is convenient and check‑in was quick. We were not informed that the hotel was under construction, and we didn’t receive any discount or note about it.
