The room was very clean, the linens were snow‑white, and the staff were friendly and handled any issues; however, the window of room 305 faced an internal corridor, which wasn’t mentioned when booking, making the room stuffy so we slept with the door open, and the corridor noise made it hard to fall asleep.

The hotel décor was quite cozy, there was a small terrace outside, and at the entrance and the café we met three relaxed, adorable cats; the equipment was basic, there were no public facilities, the lobby café didn’t sell typical light snacks, and if you want something in the morning you must pre‑order breakfast.

Since 2016, Yi Stack Hotel has become my Beijing home, and I've never felt let down. The staff always go the extra mile, especially when I receive many deliveries, and the place stays very quiet. I also adore how they look after the cats in the garden.
