I was able to stay in room 867 as requested, and I was moved and grateful by the service during the breakfast buffet. However, when staying multiple nights I wanted the dishes exchanged daily, the bath mat was forgotten, and the front desk staff at check‑in were purely administrative, lacking the welcoming “welcome back” feel I expected.

The beds were comfy, there were plenty of loungers by the pool, the buffet breakfast and dinner were awesome, the BBQ restaurant was fantastic, and the shop prices were great, but it was a long way from anything and there was no public transport.

Habitación espaciosa. El hotel está viejo en general, largas e interminables colas para hacer el check in de forma totalmente rudimentaria. Por otro lado, más de media hora de cola para entrar al buffet del desayuno, con mucha aglomeración de gente en este y falta de reposición ya que la mayoría de las veces faltaban productos de casi todo. Las habitaciones estaban llenas de humedades y manchas por las paredes, con un fuerte olor a humedad y algunos días no te hacían ni la cama. El personal de recepción poco amable y servicial, puesto que el día que dejábamos la habitación habíamos arreglado con ellos previamente un packed breakfast y un taxi y nuestra sorpresa fue al encontrarnos que no estaba disponible nada de eso. La localización, el hotel está en medio de la nada, en un polígono, lejos de todo y sin nada que hacer. La piscina cierra muy pronto y hay actividades disponibles como un karaoke, pero cuando vas a reservar te dicen que está cerrado aunque supuestamente no tiene un horario
