My courtyard room was quiet, breakfast was good, the tea selection was excellent, and the ladies in the breakfast area were very friendly. The area behind the Plärrer feels unsafe at night, but I was lucky to have friends with me. The reception was mediocre; I arrived at the wrong time for the handover and had to wait a bit longer for my room after a rebooking.
