I had a frustrating experience with the hotel's communication. Despite reaching out to inquire about the room I booked, I didn't receive a response. My attempts to contact their customer service team were met with silence as well. Unfortunately, I also lost my money as it wasn't refunded, and I had booked five rooms in total.
