The hotel sits in a stunning bay view, and the architecture and interior design are simply exquisite; the food was extraordinary, truly Michelin‑star quality, with every meal beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. The staff went above and beyond, being incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely ensuring a wonderful experience; we had to leave very early, and the chef thoughtfully prepared delicious breakfast boxes for us—including outstanding katsu sando and tamago sando sandwiches, plus coffee and water—such a thoughtful gesture, and the sandwiches were absolutely exquisite. We felt well looked after throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality, we will definitely be back! Everything was excellent.

We relaxed while watching the beautiful sea of Amakusa, got a lucky room upgrade, enjoyed food bursting with local love and felt that in the service staff’s explanations; on the day we left a typhoon prevented the ferry, but they arranged a taxi to Triangular Station as an alternative—thanks a lot.

Amazing food (Michelin Star Level) served in consecutive courses with wine pairing option. Modern Rooms. Top Service. Nothing. Stayed at man 5* Hotels before but this one topped them all. 10/10

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying delicious breakfast and dinner, and a cozy room that was warm and sunny during the day, and quiet in the evenings. The staff were incredibly friendly and I would love to come back. I felt truly rested and refreshed during my stay.
