Everything was perfect for me: the location, the welcome—thanks to Michel and his team, especially Mustapha—, the excellent and hearty breakfast.

Overall, the riad is pretty with an aesthetic courtyard, rooms, and rooftop access, but the price‑quality ratio and some staff leave much to be desired. The noticeable difference in treatment of tourists from different countries is sad.

The staff were the best—excellent, kind, respectful, polite, truly like home. Cleanliness was superb, the food was amazing, and the employees were very, very, very good. That was the highlight; the experience with them was unforgettable. The lack of respect from some tourists toward the staff and other guests was the only downside.
