The motel matches the description exactly—comfortable, clean, and in a great spot. The bathroom sink and kitchen sink are the same unit, which isn’t ideal but was acceptable for a single person

The location is an easy walk east to a pub, newsagent, and shops, and it sits on the main highway so it’s simple to find; surprisingly, it’s very, very quiet. The lady at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful, though I wish I had stayed more nights

We didn’t have hot water, and although it was fixed, the hot water didn’t arrive until the next morning.

The accommodation was budget‑friendly and clean. The kitchen had a sink, but there was no sink in the bathroom.
