Alabárdos Panzió és Apartmanház

The room was simple but comfortable and basically clean. The staff were kind based on brief contact. The location of the panzió was excellent, and the building and surroundings were very atmospheric. The street‑front rooms were a bit noisy from traffic in front of the windows. We removed the mattress protector because it was very dirty (the bedding and mattress themselves were fine), and there was a lot of dust and some trash under the bed. More attention should be paid to that, because overall the cleanliness was fine. A kettle, shower, and shampoo could be added to the room, but that’s tolerable, especially for a short stay.

The place was clean and quiet. The only issue was the lack of a kettle and the coffee maker was broken.

The lady who let us in was friendly, the room was spotless and well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and my partner and I loved everything. We were very satisfied overall, except for the payment options, which were hard to align with our trip. No one was at the front desk, it wasn’t clear that we had to ring for someone, and even then we couldn’t pay. We’ll return as repeat guests, we loved everything else, but please change this if possible :)
