“well worth the money”
The property is lovely and spotless, with every detail considered, and it feels unique; it even has its own kitchen.

This is my fifth stay here; the rooms are quiet, spacious, and comfortable, and the central courtyard adds charm. The only downside is that it’s a room‑only stay, so breakfast isn’t included, but there are local spots where you can grab a bite.

The location is very peaceful, making it ideal for the Water Perry Op era Festival. The room was clean and featured a lovely roll‑top bath. There are no negatives; the only note is that there’s no pub within walking distance, which some might find useful.

The location is great and the room is beautiful, but taxis to the pubs are expensive.

I loved having a cosy little home for the night, and it was great to have my own kitchen to prepare dinner and breakfast. The room was decorated extravagantly, with a settee, dining table, outdoor table & chairs, and a vanity table—so I couldn’t decide where to sit first! I would definitely stay again, hopefully for more than one night next time. Nothing negative.
