The stairs were a terrible trap right up to the room, and there was no escape from the room except two tiny windows that you can't get out of; that was bad, if the fire had started in the stairwell we would have been trapped in the smoke! We also missed some plates and cutlery so we could make a simple breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was cozy and the bed very comfortable, and the free parking right next to the building is ideal.

They treated us very well from the moment we arrived and were attentive to anything we might need; the kids behaved wonderfully.

We had a pleasant chat with the hosts, it’s in the centre and basically everything is available. We visited the accommodation with two adults and two children. The room with visible timber beams had a generally nice, rustic character, but the furnishings were very simple, with plain wooden furniture. Unfortunately the beds were very squeaky, which noticeably reduced sleep comfort. The most disturbing issue was the condition of the shower enclosure in the bathroom; each time you closed it you felt the doors or panels might just detach from their anchors. That needs repair.
