The breakfast had good sound options and the schedule was fantastic for us, but one day our room wasn’t cleaned.

The room was very quiet. Nothing else to mention.

The place looked nice and was close to where I was headed, but we had to leave right away for a concert and when we returned we found two cockroaches in our room, which was disgusting. It was late, so we had nowhere to go, and I couldn't sleep all night worrying about more pests. We told the front desk, and they only refunded our parking, which made me unhappy. I will never stay here again.

I was happy that the hotel was clean and close to my event, but I got locked out of my room and had to walk up 17 floors because the elevators were broken.
