The atmosphere was excellent and the accommodation was beautiful, with plenty of amenities in the room. Nothing was lacking—everything was great.

The room, the bath, the food, and the staff’s service were all very good. I appreciated the thoughtful, detailed care. The downside was that the private open‑air bath could only be booked in one slot per room, so for our group of five adults we had to split that slot into two, which was a bit hectic. (Since our room also had an open‑air bath, we got to use it many times and were very satisfied.)

The whole experience was truly exceptional, from the moment we were picked up at the train station to the moment they dropped us off back there after our stay. The dinner and breakfast were incredible — delicious, with beautifully plated and fresh ingredients. The private onsen experience was superb and the room, very comfortable. We had such a wonderful relaxing stay! They spoke some English too, which was very helpful. A big thank you to the lovely and amazing staff at this fabulous ryokan!. Nothing!
