Walking from the center to Xuân Hương Lake is easy, and the host was friendly. The bathroom was dirty, with mold on the walls, a smell of dampness, and the cleaning could have been more thorough; the staff should check rooms before handing them over. The lobby was noisy all day because of people gathering to sell stuff.

“Sehr netter Gastgeber aber leider runter gekommene Unterkunft”

The host was extremely kind and attentive, replying quickly and treating us well, and the staff were generally friendly. Unfortunately, the accommodation had deteriorated; our first room had mold in the bedroom and bathroom, so we requested a change to a room with less mold. The furnishings were in poor condition and the room was not clean.
