Laundry, currency exchange, and luggage storage facilities are available, with nearby access to airport railway and bus stations.

The location was great, but the reception was disappointing.

The room on the first floor had been freshly renovated in 2026, so it felt very nice; it was huge, with two double beds, a dining table, a sofa, a tea table, and plenty of extra space. Because it faced the flyover, the curtains stayed shut all the time, but the hotel offered a close airport shuttle for an extra 700 taka, which helped. There was no on‑site restaurant, yet the room‑service food was excellent and we had no problems with the meals or breakfast. Nearby take‑aways such as KFC and PizzaHut were available, though we didn’t try them. The rest of the hotel still needs the same refurbishment as the first‑floor rooms; the breakfast area was basic, cramped, and could use a makeover.

I missed breakfast because of the early hour, but the renovation made the place clean and modern, which I liked; the room was spacious, minimal, and stylish.
