The rooms were spotless and I’d come back, but the billing went haywire: after paying through a third‑party, the hotel still charged me, so I had to call to cancel it. A week later the credit finally appeared, but because the Canadian dollar rate had shifted I was overcharged another $10 since they didn’t reverse the payment right away.

Excellent variety of breakfast items. Very good services. None

The rooms were comfy and the breakfast superb, but a night‑shift staff member opened our door without warning; a clear reminder to train staff on “don’t enter closed rooms without announcing” would help avoid embarrassment or danger.

The spot was great, but the staff were unhelpful—no smiles, no thanks, no mention of breakfast time, and no sense of urgency. I wouldn’t stay there again if it were the last hotel left.
