We loved everything! The breakfast was very good, the beds are super comfy, and the shower really heats up. What really sets this hostel apart are the staff – they’re so friendly, helpful, and make you feel at home; I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Cusco. Nothing to complain about.

The spot is spot‑on – everything’s within walking distance, boutiques and restaurants just steps away, and because it’s next to the central plaza, shops stay open late, which is a big plus. The room is warm and the bed is very comfortable. The team is super friendly and always ready to help or give useful tips, and there’s always someone watching the gate downstairs so I didn’t have to worry about safety. Breakfast isn’t a buffet, but they serve a wide range of freshly prepared à‑la‑carte items (I’d strongly recommend the fried egg). That’s pretty standard for the area. I can buy bottled mineral water at a very reasonable price at the front desk. When I headed out for a Machu Picchu tour for a few days, I left my luggage here and it was already waiting in my new room when I returned. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it. The only drawback is the staircase at the front door, but the ladies helped me carry my suitcase without any trouble. Thanks a lot!

The service was exceptional and the location the best in Cusco. The ladies were all warm and welcoming, and I want to give a special shout‑out to Doña Maruja, who went above and beyond to help us with all our needs and concerns. The staff’s professionalism really shines through; they’re very flexible with requests—like luggage storage—and can also arrange tours. The breakfast was complete and delicious. The only downside is having to climb stairs when you’re already a bit out of breath.
