The location is very convenient. The whole property looked pretty rundown, and both the room and breakfast were overpriced. It also seemed quite understaffed.

The breakfast was very good, but we had to pay for it, and the room was clean. The sink faucet only supplied hot water, which was scalding hot and dangerous for children. The fridge had been turned off, forcing us to throw food away. Even with all lights on, the room was too dim. The hallway carpets were lifting, creating a tripping hazard. Nobody came to take our order in the restaurant/bar. The nearest outside door had a broken lock, letting anyone in. The building is new but suffers from a lack of maintenance.

Everything was clean, the room was spacious, and there was a large parking area. The fridge made a very loud humming noise at night, and we were assigned a ground‑floor room next to the elevator, which was very noisy because of the many guests.
