Arriving, we discovered there was no air conditioning, the safe wouldn’t open, the buffet was leaking water everywhere, we had to climb four flights of stairs to reach our room, and nobody at the hotel could assist us.

Schöne Anlage mit vielen Pools, Bars und Restaurants. Lautstärke, Krach im Zimmer zu hören, weite Laufwege, Getränke an der Bar ohne Trinkgeld nur widerwillig. 2 Klassenurlauber, Amerikaner mit viel Tipps werden bevorzugt. Da steht man an der Bar und wird nicht bedient und die Amis werden als vorgelassen. Man kommt sich nicht erwünscht vor. Wir waren mit 4 Personen da. Alle erzählen das gleiche. Warum All inklusive buchen wenn man ohne Tipps nichts zu trinken bekommt. Als Europäer nicht empfehlenswert

The location was very strategic, with the cabos right in front of the hotel, which was beautiful. However, the rooms were dirty, the housekeeping was very poor— the bathroom had mold, the towels smelled awful, and one night we were left without bath soap.

The food quality was good, but the reception staff were unhelpful, they never sent us an invoice, my wife slipped, suffered a second‑degree burn, and the hotel would have charged us if a doctor treated her. The stairs to the breakfast restaurant were slick from rain and they treated the situation lightly.
