The staff was really rude, the hotel name was different and we ended up staying in another hotel because of their attitude

The spot was solid and the design held up better than most spots around town, but I’m not convinced it deserves the 5‑star label it flaunts. I walked into my room and found a grimy floor towel by the bathroom door, water splashing everywhere in the shower as if someone had just used it, a used soap bar, and a filthy toilet. When I brought it up, the staff shrugged, saying “it’s dirty because it’s used,” flipped the towel, and left. No toothbrush or paste, no toiletries, no Wi‑Fi, and the TV had no working channels. I can’t see how this qualifies as a 5‑star hotel.

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the temple. However, I was disappointed to find that the hotel didn't have an in-house restaurant. Even basic amenities like tea and coffee were arranged from outside vendors, with tea being served in paper cups. Despite this, the hotel's services and ambiance were luxurious, on par with a 3-star hotel. With a bit more attention to dining facilities, this hotel could truly live up to its potential."
