Best Western CTC Hotel Verona

““Ottimo soggiorno con mezza pensione e parcheggio comodo, ma le camere sono da rimodernare.””

I recently stayed here and it was a clear win: the room was spacious, spotless, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We chose half‑board and were pleased with both dinner and breakfast quality. A big plus was the ample free parking for guests. Overall, I recommend it! The only downside I saw was the carpet in the rooms, which makes the space look a bit dated; a redesign would make it flawless.

The rooms are roomy and comfy, and the breakfast is amazing, though getting to the hotel was a hassle because of nearby roadworks.

The location and parking are good, and breakfast is fine, but the bed comfort, sound isolation, and the hotel’s age leave much to be desired.

The location was convenient and the discounts were nice, but the air‑conditioning in the room barely worked.

Breakfast was buffet‑style, but after asking for a baby cot a week ahead and getting an email approval, we found none in the room; after two reminders they said they were out of stock and offered no alternatives like a crib or a bed rail, so we would have chosen another place if we’d known.
