The owners, along with their quiet but talented kitchen crew, greeted us with a warm, personal welcome. Every detail was handled with care in a clean, authentic, poetic atmosphere. We enjoyed delicious wood‑oven dishes and a table set with local flavors. The place offered serenity and calm, and from each terrace, patio, and hidden corner—plus the pool and the church—we could take in spectacular, peaceful views. We spent our days outside, from morning to evening. The architecture is clever, understated, and very comfortable; the spacious suite is charming, built with quality materials and thoughtfully arranged poetic décor. The linens, lighting, and everything else were perfect for relaxation and contemplation. It was a privilege to stay on these preserved lands, in a spectacular, secluded spot far from the bustle.
