The location was great, but the service was horrendous. Our room was cleaned but no towels were left. I called three times over two days asking for towels and was always told they were on the way, yet they never arrived. I searched the hotel for housekeeping with no luck, and eventually had to knock on another guest’s room to borrow a towel so I could shower before checking out.

The place was in a good spot and had decent facilities, but I was charged for a balcony room and never received a balcony.

The spot was right on the beach, and the free bike hire was fabulous. However, I couldn’t extend my stay through reception and had to use a third‑party booking platform even though I was already on the property.

The room we had was spacious with a beautiful ocean view, and walking to the beach took about 7–10 minutes; the beach itself was in great condition and towels were provided separately. The hotel’s location was just right. The only downside was that the room was a bit dark and needed extra lighting for work. Otherwise, the hotel was great and much appreciated, though the prices were pricey.
