The elevator moved quickly, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. However, on the first night when I checked in, the lady was not friendly, charged my card even though I’d already paid online, and didn’t let me join the promotion that day. The ice machine on my floor was broken, but everything else was fine.
The location was great, close to many attractions, and the area around the hotel was quiet. The bed was comfortable, the facilities were nice, and the restaurant food was good. The food and drinks at the restaurant were a bit more expensive than I expected but not overly so. The doors to the rooms were hard to open and made a loud noise, but they worked fine.
The lift is always bad
“The stay was nice but the face of the company would keep me from coming back.”
I chose the location because of the airport, but I decided not to use the free shuttle. The room was nice and clean with plenty of towels and seemed tidy. The outdoor seating areas were very nice, and breakfast looked inviting but was pricey. Customer service was lacking—no smiles, and staff were annoyed when I asked questions. Employees seemed robotic and unpleasant; one male staff member was on a phone earpiece the whole time, and the same unhappy lady was there the evening and the next morning, probably overworked. The pool and hot tub both needed attention and looked like they had used bath water.
“It was definitely not worth my money and don’t know if I’d go again.”
From my room I could see a great view, but the room itself was far from clean—there was something that looked like blood on the wall, tape on the ceiling, and the door was sticky. The doors near our room in the building were broken, forcing us to walk around the building to enter. The staff moved very slowly and seemed reluctant to help. When we asked for towels, the front‑desk lady spent 35 minutes fetching them because she was on her personal phone. One of the pools was closed, and the other was dirty. One elevator was broken, while the other creaked like it was about to fail and moved very slowly. The bathroom light flickered; I told them several times but nobody came to fix it. The fridge still had leftover food, giving the room a strong smell. After listing all these problems at the front desk, they offered to refund me so I could book elsewhere.
