Being set back from the bustling street let me enjoy a peaceful stay; the room was spotless and well cared for, and the staff were attentive, which made everything better.

Set in an amazing garden with birds, frogs, and date palms bursting with fruit, the two fantastic pools, clean and spacious villas, and super helpful staff made it impossible to find fault—I even wished I could stay longer. The free shuttle to the medina was convenient and reliable. However, if you’re a foodie, this might not be your spot: the food was pricey, tagines weren’t served in a tagine, and the lamb tagine was very tough, though you can always take a transfer to town for better options.

I liked the rooms, the pool, the shuttle, and the breakfast. I would have preferred more staff at the pool so I could order without searching for someone, and it would have been nice if the hotel organized more activities or promoted the spa more, because the place is beautiful and it’s a shame they don’t do that. I was also surprised to be charged for breakfast when it had already been paid for and confirmed through booking.

The rooms were large and comfortable, the garden and pools were nice, and breakfast was generous. The spa was good, but room service stopped too early and the rooms were a bit dark.
